Return and Refund

We sincerely hope you enjoy your BARIAMO apparels, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Returns Policy
Effective March 5, 2023

  • to initiate the return process of a purchased product , kindly place a request with us through the return form within 3 business/working days of the delivery (Return).
  • The items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact. In the event of the returned merchandise not meeting the required conditions, we reserve the right to withhold refunds.
  • we do not accept any request for return of products through email. Requests shared through email for return shall not be accepted as per our policies. We are not liable in case of request placed via email and may not act upon such requests for return not placed via our Return Form. You are requested to follow our policies as given above for initiating any return.
  • Our returns policy for leather is different as we will be refunding only as Store Credit. So we need to work together to ensure that you check the size chart for accurate measurements and we in turn work hard to give you the perfect leather garment that you can be proud of.
  • We shall not accept any return request on products purchased with 50% or above discount or marked as final sale. Without any acceptions in such cases, the products shall not be eligible to be Returned, nor will the amount paid or received by us be refundable.
  • please not that styles on final sale are not eligible for return.
  • products purchased or offered  without discount at full value or below 50% discount  will be eligible for return as per terms and conditions mentioned herein below.


Terms and conditions for valid return of products purchased below 50% discount or for full price:

  • In case you have been delivered wrong product, in case the product is received by you in damaged condition, ypu may initiate the return process within 48 (forty eight ) hours of the delivery. All return of products needs to be initiated by the process mentioned above.
  • Not informing the company about the damaged condition of product , as per required procedure given above may lead to rejection of  your claim for refund.
  • Product shall not be eligible for return under below conditions:
    • If the product has been damaged due to fault of customer
    • if the product has been altered by the customer
    • if the product has been washed, used, spoilt or worn by the customer.
    • If the product belongs to a non-refundable category as indicated on the website
    • Gift cards are not eligible for returns and shall be used within a time period of 1 year.
    • Every product is shipped with original label and original packaging as well as tag attched Once the tag has been removed the product cannot return
    • in this regard, it is clarified that the purchased product will not be eligible for a refund, if the product is returned without the said return tag, original labels and original packaging . In cases wherein you still send such a product we shall send it back to you solely at your expense and risk.
    • Upon the receipt of the returned product , we will reasonably inspect the returned product , and notify you within two weeks of receipt of returned product, whether the product is eligible for a refund or return as per our return policies.
    • Upon registering your issues with us for return of relevant product we may request you to submit photographs of the product to approve return.
    • In all cases of return product, if the relevant product is received by us after 12 days due to delays in initiating return process and/or any other reason attributable  on you/the customer, such a product will not be accepted for valid return/refund and will be sent back at your own cost and risk.
    • In case of RTO (if the order is not delivered due to any reason / or if the client refuses to accept the order) freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount. In case the item was shipped with “FREE DELIVERY” an amount of USD 20 (United States Dollar Twenty) shall be deducted from the order amount  within USA and USD 40 outside USA. The refunded amount shall be exclusive of any duties and taxes.


Upon completion of all processes and once the return of the product is approved by us we will refund the full price product cost axcept the shipping charges and duties/taxes (Shipping freight USD 20 within USA and USD 40 outside USA + duty/taxes as applied for Non-US Orders will be deducted from the refund amount) to you in the form (a) ‘Refund to Store Credit’ or (b) Refund to original Payment Method’(as preffered by you at the time of filling of return form. Please note that the styles on final sale or above 50% discount are not eligible for return.


Refund to Original Payment

  • In case you have opted for “Refund to Original Payment”method, shipping charges paid by you shall be deducted from the refund to be received by you.
  • Once we have received your package as per our return policies as set out herein, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please not that our banking unstitution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 4-7 business days)
  • Accordingly please note that the refund may take 7-14 days to reflect in your bank account.

Refund to Store Credit

  • In case you have opted for “Refund to Original Payment”method, shipping charges paid by you shall not be deducted from the refund to be received by you. Please note, the shipping charges or other charges borne by you are non-refundable. In such cases wherein the shipping of product was undertaken as a “free delivery”an amount of of USD 20 (United States Dollar Twenty) shall be deducted from the order amount within USA and USD 40 outside USA. The refunded amount shall be exclusive of any duties and taxes.
  • The store credit which is refunded to you can be used to repurchase our product within a period of 1 year of the receipt of store credit into your ‘USER ACCOUNT’. The refunded store credit shall be exclusive of any duties and/or taxes . The store credit shall be non-transferable to your bank account.
  • It is hereby clarified that BERIAMO CLOTHING OR THE COMPANY does not refund the duties/taxes (as applicable as per applicable laws) paid by the customer, at the time of purchase of product. You may contact your local customs office to get your tax refund processed.
  • We provide a return pick up facility wherein the charges our taken care by us for each valid placed return(as per our policies herein) Once your return request is approved , the shipping team will arrange the pick up by our courier partner and logistics service provider in your area where shipping was undertaken. Returns must be delivered to logistics service within 72 hours of receiving the return label for a refund. Any return handed over to courier partner after 72 hours will be returned to the sender.
  • Any return of product received by us, which does not comply with our policies herein or any return request received after 72 hours (seventy two) hours of delivery (as per terms herein not withstanding delays) shall not be accepted by us and in case the product has been sent to us, will be returned to you at your sole expense and risk.


Some Miscellaneous requirements to be aware of for the return process:

  • The return form is compulsary for all returns. Please make sure that it is enclosed in the packing while sending the returns. Please mention specifically the terms “RETURN TO SHIPPER”, the relevant order number and SKU NAME on the package for easy reference.
  • Any items purchased by the store credit (Received as store credit upon succesful valid return) wont be entitled for any further exchange or return.
  1. We consider it our responsibility that your desired product reaches you as per policies specified herein, in this regard (a) in cases wherein we are not able to ship your purchased product within 20 days of you placing the order and the company receiving the same or (b) in cases wherein you do not receive the tracking details within 20 days of placing the relevant order and company receiving the same you are entitled to cancel the relevant order placed by you by following the return process mentioned above in RETURN FORM.         
  2. In case of bona-fide cancellations of orders as given above, we shall refund the amount directly into your bank account (as per the return form)
  3. In this regard please note that, the return process can be initiated through the RETURN FORM   Request sent on e-mail will not be considered.
