User and Blogger Submissions
You may post or upload content you have created, including without limitation, photographs, your social media handle, videos, and comments (collectively, “User and Blogger Submissions”) to your social media accounts. By posting and uploading User and Bloggers Submissions that you have tagged with #BERIAMO or other BERIAMO brand hashtags or that you have featured free samples from BERIAMO as part of our blogger outreach programs, you grant to BERIAMO CLOTHING, its third-party service providers who provide content management services, and its retail partners (collectively, the “Licensed Parties”) the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your BERIAMO User and Blogger Submissions in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on their webpages, social media pages operated by BERIAMO, and in other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or hereafter known. BERIAMO may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User and Blogger Submissions in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User and Blogger Submissions. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your User and Blogger Submissions, (ii) you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your User and Blogger Submissions to grant the rights granted herein; (iii) you are not a minor, and (iv) the Licensed Parties’ use of your User and Blogger Submissions as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold BERIAMO, the Licensed Parties, and any person acting on BERIAMO or their behalf harmless from any liability related in any way to the Licensed Parties’ use of your User and Blogger Submissions.

BERIAMO is associated with paypal- a trusted third party credit card authorizing agency, to ensure the security of your credit card information.
Whenever you are ready to buy at BERIAMO.COM, you will automatically enter the secure server at Paypal
Credit card information is entered by you within the secure server, and this is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - the current state of the art for Internet security.
The information is sent to your card issuer's bank over a secure, proprietary connection. When the authorization process is complete - this takes around five seconds - you receive an approval or decline response in your browser, and we are informed appropriately to initiate the shipping process.

When we deliver
- Please allow minimum of 7days and maximum of 20 days(Excluding Alaska & Hawaii) for us to make it and get it to your door.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- All transactions are processed in US Dollars ($) and INR
- BERIAMO currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal payments. All orders will be charged immediately upon order confirmation
- Only one gift coupon (purchase discount offers from BERIAMO) may be used per order
- You can use as many gift cards as you like for a single order
- All promotional discount codes, gift coupons, and gift cards are available for one-time use only and may not be transferred, re-issued, or exchanged for cash, unless explicitly specified
Order Processing
On successful completion of payment, an order confirmation is mailed to the customer's registered email address. BERIAMO reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 business days of receiving the order if we are unable to fulfill the order. Orders may be canceled by BERIAMO under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to - fabric or trims failing quality check, insufficient fabric, inability to comply with special instructions requested, incomplete or unsupported address location, orders not complying with our coupons usage policy, orders at prices that significantly vary from market or BERIAMO standard prices due to manual or technical error, orders flagged by our technical systems as suspicious usage of credit cards or other payment options or any other potential abuse of our service. In all such cases, BERIAMO will inform the customer of the cancellation and refund the full order value within 3 business days of receiving the order
Where we deliver
We ship only to physical shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses
How we deliver
- Orders may not be shipped to multiple locations
- Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address
- Three attempts to deliver your package will be made by our shipping courier. If you’re not available during these attempts, our courier will ask you to contact them to arrange a delivery of your package for a time when you’ll be present to receive it
- A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of successful order delivery from our courier
- Lost packages: If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email from us, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email.BERIAMO will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced packages if notified later than the time frame mentioned above
SHIPPING COSTS- UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
All BERIAMO apparel are made by hand at our production facility in India before being shipped directly to you. We charge shipping and handling fees based on the number of items in your order as shown in the chart below:
